The Esperanza resort offers sunrise yoga on the beach and over 30 complimentary fitness classes every week. Personal trainers are available upon request.
At the One & Only Palmilla, guests can choose from Kundalini yoga, which focuses on breathing and exercises for the base chakra (hips, lower back and stomach) and meditation, Hatha yoga, the basic of all physical aspects, and Tantra yoga to work on energy level (among others!)

Stand-up paddle boarding is an easy, relaxing way to sneak in a workout to get your day going.
Cabo SUP, the first stand-up paddle board club, is located in the heart of Medano Beach, and offers lessons, rentals and guided tours. Medano Beach is Cabo’s most swimmable beach, where the famous Land’s End Arch marks the meeting of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez.
